Assist Attorney with Preparation for Various Phases of Litigation
We will assist the attorney with the preparation of interrogatories, depositions, mediations and trial phases of the litigation process including solid witness preparation, as needed, and as related to the medical aspects of the case. This could also include exhibit preparation, as desired.
We will conduct any type of medical literature search as would be desired or necessary to aid in the support of the case. We have the latest technology at our disposal for online searches as well as conventional literature searches with support from a Monroe DWI attorney.

IME’s – Independent Medical Exams
We will locate a qualified independent examiner, provide the examiner with concerns that need to be addressed and, if so desired, send a RN to attend the exam as a non-biased third party observer.
We can review the medical records and bills to determine if services billed were actually rendered. We can also identify the actual costs to determine if excessive or fraudulent charges exist.
